The owner was very nice we have been going there for over 20 . The server can improve on lighter hands less slaming of plates and setting. I patron Powell Seafood for good cause consisitent taste

Very friendly service, Chinese family oriented, nice dining tables, clean and the food has never failed to please us. Will keep going there as long as we can.

Looks like a hole in the wall from the street, but this little place has some of the best Chinese food in Portland!
